CURRENT SHIPPING ESTIMATES & IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated Ship Dates on Made-to-Order Uniforms and In-Stock Uniforms with Lettering are calculated from the time we receive the complete order with all necessary information (Sizing, Color Placement, etc.), along with payment. Made-to-Order uniforms include our Classic Cheer Uniforms, Bow-to-Toe Packages, CC Dancewear, Collegiate and Competition styles. These timeframes are listed below. Average order processing time for most “in stock” and “quick ship” items without decoration is 1-2 business days PLUS shipping time. Please be aware that all manufacturing and delivery schedules are ESTIMATED and are subject to change. While our goal is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be supply chain delays for some of our items. We will make every effort to notify you of any delays, if they happen, as soon as we have the information. Orders placed between May-September may have additional processing and manufacturing time. Cheerleading Company offers custom uniforms for all budgets. Each classic uniform is made to order with the highest quality moisture wicking and stain resistant double knit polyester. Made-to-Order uniforms include our Classic Cheer Uniforms, Bow-to-Toe Packages, CC Dancewear, Collegiate and Premier/Competition.
Current Shipping Estimates
Estimated Ship Dates on Stock Uniforms with Lettering and Made-to-Order Uniforms are calculated from the time we have received the complete order with all necessary information (Sizing, Color Placement, etc.), along with full payment, ½ deposit (with balance due in 2 weeks or before shipping), or approved public school purchase order.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are not accepted for custom manufactured (made to order) items once an order has been placed into production. For example, if you have a team member who leaves your team, and her uniform and other made to order items (custom bows, poms, etc.) are already in process, we are unable to cancel her order because all uniforms and made to order items are custom made to our customer's specifications. We are also unable to cancel orders due to season or event cancellations for COVID-19 or other reasons as custom order processes such as striping and cutting begin once an order is processed. We are able to accept returns on any unworn/unused in-stock items in accordance with our return policy.
