INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
Cheerleading.com/CC Dancewear is seeking an energetic candidate to fill the position of Inside Sales Specialist. If you are a positive and detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively and understands the concept of customer relations, this could be the position for you!
Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you must be customer service oriented with excellent phone and computer skills.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Field incoming phone calls and e-mails as well as work inbound leads from our website.
- Provide customers with excellent product recommendations based on your knowledge of the spirit industry, as well as customer knowledge and needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with the entire ordering process from consultation, quotes, drawings, fittings, order entry and returns/exchanges.
- Build sales productivity individual territory and prospecting new sales leads.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational, written and communication skills. They are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and time management skills. Sales experience is recommended. They will possess patience and grace with self, others and technology. Salesforce experience and knowledge of the cheer and dance industry is a plus!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Cheerleading.com/CC Dancewear is seeking an energetic candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist. If you are a positive, motivated and detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively and problem solves by using critical thinking skills, this could be the position for you.
Job Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you must have excellent phone and computer skills, as well as be a critical thinker and be empathetic to customers.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Maintain customer relationships by navigating challenges and helping with all customer needs.
- Assist customers with general ordering needs, updates and/or questions.
- Field incoming calls and e-mails, as well as support customer needs.
- Possess a complete understanding of pricing and estimate models.
- Handle overflow sales calls.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with teachers, coaches, gym owners and other important decision makers.
- Become familiar with school district purchasing and bid practices.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong listening skills. They must posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Having the ability to de-escalate heightened customer situations is a must. Previous customer service experience is required. OUTSIDE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Cheerleading.com/CC Dancewear is seeking an energetic candidate to fill the role of Outside Sales Support Specialist. If you are a positive and detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively and understands the concept of customer relations, this could be the position for you!
Job Overview: The Outside Sales Support Specialist, along with our Outside Sales Assistant Manager, supports and assists our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) with all sales and customer service needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking and processing orders for OSRs.
- Assisting customers and OSRs with order questions and/or issues.
- Working with vendors to fill orders.
- Coordinating shipments of Fit Kits and other items needed by our OSRs.
- Coordinating customer pick up orders and shipments.
- Assisting with special projects including, but not limited to annual photo shoot, conventions, annual sales meeting and more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency as a team player with strong organizational, written and communication skills. They will possess patience and grace with self, others and technology. Salesforce experience and knowledge of the cheer and dance industry is a plus!

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Two Positions
(El Paso Area Sales Rep & Waco and Surrounding Area Sales Rep)

Objective:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
This position is a 1099 contract, commission based only.
Responsibilities:
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on schools, gyms, and youth organizations, direct mail, email, and networking.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of cheerleading
Possesses a complete understanding of pricing and estimate models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with coaches, gym owners and other important decision makers.
Becomes familiar with school districts’ purchasing and bid practices in assigned territory.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.

Job Requirements:
Responsible for the upkeep and care of all Fit Kits that are provided, and ensures their return in a timely manner based on home office needs.
Responsible for purchasing luggage to transport all Fit Kits.
Responsible for keeping all personal accounting records including taxes, mileage, expenses, etc.
Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all appropriate company policies.
